Thank you for visiting our website and taking a few moments to get to know us. We are located in the heart of Springfield, directly across from Missouri State University. Our church is characterized as a diverse congregation, with differing social, educational, and occupational backgrounds. There is a wide range of ages reflected in our congregation, and I am pleased to see particular growth among young families and children.

University Heights is unique among Baptist churches in Springfield and southwest Missouri. We are grateful for our history and heritage as Baptist Christians while nurturing the ecumenical spirit that unites all believers in Jesus Christ. This church places a priority on sharing and showing the Good News through our words and actions.
